Cross the goal line to become a manager in a sport, aquatics or recreation facility. Lead and manage teams and liaise with facility managers and local councils. Boost program participation, plan and run a series of sports coaching sessions.

To apply, you must be a Year 12 graduate or equivalent, with no ATAR requirement. Proficiency in digital skills, including Microsoft Office is essential and a laptop with internet access is needed for classes and study outside of school hours. While optional, previous volunteer or work experience is beneficial and the ability to record videos is required.
The program includes two days of face-to-face classes at the South Sydney Rabbitohs headquarters in Heffron Park, Maroubra or Redfern Oval, complemented by six hours of virtual or self-directed learning and eight hours for prep reading and assessments weekly.
